The State Urban Search and Rescue Alliance (SUSAR) and the Medical Special Operations Community is proud to invite all first responders to the 2023 official Urban Search & Rescue and Medical Special Operations Conference (MSOC). The Medical Special Operations Community has again partnered with the State Urban Search and Rescue Alliance in 2023 and together will host their annual conference and training event.

We continue to provide military, federal, state, and local first responders with the opportunity to share their experiences, best practices, and ideas. Each year, our events continue to evolve to include current hot topics, the latest technological updates, and recent case studies from around the world.

This conference serves as an important venue for Military, Federal, State, and Local medical operators and planners to share experiences. It will also provide an opportunity to learn from other stakeholders and obtain insights from experts in the field on how to improve the response framework within the community. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in courses, hands-on skill stations, breakout sessions and keynote lectures.
